A specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the son of two physiotherapists, Giovanni inherited a deep passion for innovative medicine that drove him to dedicate his career to developing advanced solutions to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders related to postural problems.
Thanks to a wide spectrum of experiences – from medical direction to over ten years of presidency of a cooperative, up to the role of corporate liquidator – Giovanni has acquired fundamental transversal managerial skills for the strategic management of HMP.
An internationally recognized inventor, he led HMP in the development of the POC (Proof Of Concept) Prototype of the BMPOD Med-Tech device destined to revolutionize the diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive approach to musculoskeletal disorders resulting from incorrect static and dynamic postures.
Francesca is a physiotherapist specialized in correction techniques for pathological motor patterns.
Co-founder of HMP, Francesca works closely with the team to ensure that the recommendations of the BMPOD device are correctly applied in order to improve posture.
Her experience in the field of postural re-education makes her a key resource in the development of the device. At HMP she is responsible for the selection and training of physiotherapists and the organization of the demonstration activities for the BMPOD device.
Giuseppe has a degree in psychology with an experimental focus, specializing in learning techniques and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, formerly a university researcher and then manager of the disability service, an expert in the treatment of postural dysfunctions through behavioral approaches. At HMP we value his technical-engineering background and his extensive knowledge in IT, statistics and cybernetics.
He is the "wildcard" who facilitates the exchange of information between the different skills of the team and oversees the methodological accuracy, also contributing to the integration and control of psychological variables in the development of our holistic solutions for musculoskeletal disorders.
His collaboration was essential for the realization of the POC (Proof Of Concept) Prototype.
An orthopedic technician expert in the creation of custom insoles and the management of joint imbalances, Ivan has collaborated with Ortopedia Mancini in Rome where he developed solutions to improve the postural alignment of patients. At HMP he is responsible for the selection and training of orthopedic technicians, ensuring their safety and effectiveness.
Ivan has been creating "motor pattern optimizer" insoles together with Dr. Maresca and Dr. Latini for over a decade.
These insoles are manufactured after an intervention by the healthcare team on the spatial arrangement of the feet, allowing the postural system to activate more functional motor patterns and eliminate specific pathological patterns previously identified.
Davide is interested in data analysis and procedures, working closely with Machine Learning and Big Data experts. He has worked for companies in the fields of Data Collection Systems, Clinical Terminology Servers and Data Visualization Services. In the BMPOD project, Davide plays a key role in developing the algorithms that identify and correct pathological motor patterns.
He currently leads the team in developing the software that transforms the data collected by the device into recommendations for the medical team.
As a member of the coordination team for demonstration and training activities for HMP medical devices, he manages the selection and training of technical staff and oversees the data collection and management platform.
